Walnut, fresh pastry and ripe orchard fruit unfold over lemon peel and a pronounced chalky mineral line. The palate is full-bodied and layered yet remains energetic, with bright acidity carrying citrus oil, white pepper and savoury depth through a long, dry and saline finish. Concentrated but controlled, it is a natural match for lobster, scallops, roast poultry or aged Comté.
