Creamy oats give the palate a smooth, generous base, while dark chocolate and cocoa nibs build a deep roasted profile. The character recalls an oatmeal chocolate-chip cookie, but the finish stays dry enough to avoid obvious sweetness. Richness and restraint remain in balance. Serve cold with chocolate cake, roast mushrooms, aged cheddar, beef stew or vanilla ice cream.

About Wildeye Brewing
Wildeye Brewing opened its brewery and taproom on Main Street in North Vancouver in 2019. A year-round core of beers is joined by rotating seasonal releases. Miso Taco runs the taproom kitchen, serving a Pacific-Latin menu.
