Full-bodied and deeply flavoured, this stout draws on the profile of Mexican molé. Cocoa nibs and chocolate malt bring dark richness, while a measured blend of spices and peppers adds warmth and savoury complexity. The palate remains balanced, letting the roasted and spiced elements work together without losing definition. Serve cool with braised beef, barbecue, mole poblano, aged cheddar or chocolate desserts.

About Deep Cove Brewers & Distillers
Deep Cove Brewers & Distillers opened in North Vancouver in 2013 under former engineers Shae De Jaray and Shawn Bethune. At its Dollarton premises, beer and spirits were made under the same roof, with a tasting room alongside the working floor. The original location closed in 2023 following lease complications.
