Fruity malt character adds lift, while American oak brings structure and a long, gently sweet finish. Made from locally grown grain corn and shaped in copper pot stills, this is a distinctly Canadian take on a bourbon-inspired style rather than an American bourbon. Serve neat, over a large cube or in an Old Fashioned where its oak and corn sweetness can stay in focus.
