Clean and intensely aromatic, with white fruit, dried flowers and a clear mineral lift. The palate is powerful yet precise, carrying concentrated fruit through warming alcohol and a firm, dry texture. A single-pass distillation preserves the character of its Rhône material rather than polishing it away. The finish is long and contemplative, leaving florals, stone, fruit and persistent heat.

About M. Chapoutier
M. Chapoutier traces its roots in Tain-l’Hermitage to 1808, with the present name established during the twentieth century. Michel Chapoutier introduced the first Sélections Parcellaires in 1989 and began applying a biodynamic approach the following year.
Since 1996, its labels have carried information in Braille as a tribute to Maurice Monier de la Sizeranne.
