Copper-coloured and malt-led, this Märzen combines Pilsner, Vienna and Melanoidin malts for a rich German-malt aroma and gentle sweetness. The palate is rounded yet balanced, with enough lager freshness to keep the toasted grain and caramel tones composed. A clean finish carries the malt without heaviness. Serve cool with grilled sausages, roast pork, pretzels, schnitzel, aged Gouda or mushroom dishes.
