A 1994 bottling of Kweichow Moutai, Guizhou’s celebrated baijiu. Made from sorghum and wheat, its character comes from repeated cycles of fermentation and distillation, followed by careful blending. Bold and complex on the palate, it has a long finish. Serve neat in small cups with food, especially rich dishes with roasted flavours or savoury sauces.
