Douglas Laing Big Peat Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Fresh sea air and sweet malt lead into a distinctly smoky Islay profile. Peat, bonfire ash and tar are balanced by a softer underlying sweetness, with salty beach notes keeping the palate energetic. A medicinal, earthy edge adds depth without obscuring the malt, and the finish is long, phenolic and gently liquorice-toned. Pour neat, add a few drops of water, or pair with charred steak and smoked cheese.
