Vanilla and caramel give the nose a mellow opening, followed by seasoned oak, orange peel and a faint smoky spice. The palate is creamy and smooth, with sweet grain, allspice and sandalwood adding depth without becoming heavy. Earthy notes bring balance through the middle. A warm, measured finish carries caramel, oak and gentle smoke, leaving a softly spiced, quietly persistent impression.

About Cooley Distillery
Cooley Distillery began in 1987, when an industrial alcohol plant on Ireland’s Cooley Peninsula was converted to whiskey production. Its malt whiskey is distilled twice, and the smoky Connemara single malt is one of its distinctive styles. The distillery’s history also includes Greenore single grain, Locke’s malt and the Inishowen blend.
