Poached pear and honey open with toasted almond, cranberry and ripe red berries. The palate is rich but balanced, bringing dark chocolate, cherry and Turkish delight into line with stewed fruit, toffee and warm spice. Oak gives the sweetness a firm frame. The finish is composed and persistent, leaving cherry, cocoa, orchard fruit and gentle spice.

About Arran Distillery
Harold Currie founded Isle of Arran Distillers to bring legal whisky production back to the island. Construction at Lochranza began in 1994, and the first spirit ran from the stills on 29 June 1995.
The northern distillery draws its water from Loch na Davie and is the home of the unpeated Arran Single Malt. It uses traditional copper pot stills. Its sister distillery, Lagg, opened in the south of the island in 2019 to make heavily peated single malt.
