Peated and unpeated Speyside malts are combined after maturation in European oak, Spanish sherry butts and American bourbon casks. Fresh fruit, marmalade and spice arrive through a veil of peat smoke, followed by deep oak, vanilla and a more complex smoky character than the distillery’s usual style. The balance remains polished rather than heavy. Serve neat and allow time in the glass.

About Glenfiddich
William Grant and his nine children began building Glenfiddich by hand in 1886, and the first spirit ran from the stills on Christmas Day 1887. Named for the Gaelic “Valley of the Deer,” the Dufftown distillery remains family-owned under William Grant & Sons. Coppersmiths arrived on site in 1957, followed by a dedicated cooperage for work on the casks.
Glenfiddich draws water from the Robbie Dhu spring, which the family owns along with the surrounding land. The distillery also blends mature whisky in a Solera vat that has never been emptied since 1998.
