Rich barley, beeswax and honeycomb shape the bouquet, with clover adding a distinctly floral accent. The palate is mouth-filling, carrying honey and graham cracker before warm caramel appears on the long finish. Triple distilled from British Columbia barley and finished with a floral honey infusion, it remains full-flavoured enough for coffee drinks or cocktails, while retaining the depth to sip neat.

Description
Railspur No. 2 White is our single pot triple-distilled unaged grain spirit (aka white “whiskey”) made from 100% BC organic barley with an infusion of Chilliwack River Valley Wildflower Honey. Most white “whiskey” (white lightning, moonshine, white dog) use a base of corn or sugar resulting in a ‘rough’ tasting spirit. The Liberty Distillery, however, takes pride in creating an artisan spirit that has an amazing ‘mix-ability’ factor with a rich and pure honey finish that is powerfully complex.

Located on Granville Island at the heart of Vancouver, The Liberty Distillery pays homage to old traditions, by fermenting and distilling onsite following exact recipes. They perfect each batch by meticulously controlling every step from the fermentation of our selected organic grains to the triple distillation process in their handmade copper stills.
The Liberty Distillery only uses 100% organic BC grain in all of their spirits.
