The palate is smooth and vivid, moving through grilled corn, melted butter, smoked herbs and sweet asparagus. Agave sweetness keeps the profile rounded while smoke gives it structure rather than weight. The finish is warm and persistent, leaving roasted grain, herbs and a measured earthy note.
