Freshly picked hops lead a vivid green aroma, with clean citrus and a gently resinous edge over locally malted grain. The palate is crisp and medium-bodied, balancing bright hop character with a clear, lightly bready malt foundation. Moderate bitterness gives shape without overwhelming the fresh aromatics. The finish is dry, energetic and distinctly hop-led. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, grilled sausages, sharp cheddar, or fried chicken.
