Raspberry and red cherry open with bramble, boysenberry and violet, while a floral, herbal edge adds lift. Just below medium weight, the palate is fresh, restrained and savoury, with a fine dusty texture and a quiet touch of cola. The finish runs long and composed. Serve with tapas, grilled pork, lamb or charcuterie.
