Bright pale yellow colour with green and gold reflections accompanies white fruit and mineral notes. The palate is balanced, and the finish has lemon flavour and freshness. Chardonnay grows on Kimmeridgian marl and limestone in northern Burgundy’s Chablis appellation. Vinification takes place in stainless steel without oak, and the wine also ages on its lees. Alcohol is 12.5 percent.
