Tart cherry and blueberry give the beer a vivid fruit centre, while Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Rakau and Riwaka hops add an energetic aromatic lift. The palate is sour, fuzzy and wild in character, yet finishes refreshing rather than heavy. Fruit acidity and hop expression remain closely linked from start to finish. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, spicy chicken, grilled halloumi or fresh chèvre.
