Golden and distinctive, with deep malt richness, mellow rice character and a bright citrus lift from the hops. The palate is layered yet balanced, moving from rounded grain through a clean, refreshing bitterness before a lingering citrus-tinged finish. Serve well chilled with tempura, grilled fish, yakitori or miso-glazed vegetables; its combination of richness and freshness works particularly well with savoury Japanese dishes.
