Persephone Brewing Harvest Haze IPA

The palate is medium-bodied and smoothly carbonated, balancing moderate sweetness with restrained bitterness and a clean, easy finish. About Persephone Brewing Company
Persephone Brewing Company opened in Gibsons in 2013 as a farm brewery on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. Hop fields were planted that year, and the farm now hosts local-food and regenerative-agriculture projects alongside brewing. The company is a certified B Corporation and makes beer, cider and hard seltzer.
