Juniper leads with a firm, dry line, supported by bitter orange and the softer floral lift of rose and elderflower. A barley-based spirit gives the palate a rounded foundation, while rosehip, Saskatoon berry and coastal botanicals add restrained fruit and aromatic detail. The style is crisp and structured rather than perfumed, with pine, citrus and gentle flowers carrying into a clean finish. Serve with a light tonic and orange peel, or use in a dry Martini where the juniper remains central.
