Sea spray and light peat smoke lead with green apple, barley and honey. The palate is maritime and gently oily, layering salt, black pepper and mint over sweet cereal and a mineral edge. Ash and charcoal bring depth without overwhelming the malt. The finish is layered and warming, leaving smoke, pepper, coastal salinity and a final touch of sweetness.
