Pale and gently hazy, with orange peel, coriander and soft wheat notes lifted by a floral hibiscus edge. The palate is crisp and easygoing, balancing light tartness with restrained bitterness and a clean, refreshing finish. A bright take on a Belgian-style witbier, well suited to fish tacos, summer salads, grilled prawns or fresh chèvre.

About Sundown Beer
Sundown began brewing in Vancouver in 2018, working first at Callister Brewing’s shared brewery and later at Container Brewing. Its beers drew on German styles and the Pacific Northwest, using local ingredients where possible.
Sundown Hefeweizen won the German Wheat Beer category at the 2018 BC Beer Awards and a national gold medal in 2019. The project paused regular production during the pandemic.
