Hibiscus gives the aroma a vivid floral lift and a gently tart, red-fruit-like edge. Blanco tequila provides a clean agave core and quiet warmth, keeping the palate bright and focused rather than overly sweet. The finish is crisp, fragrant and refreshing. Serve very cold or over ice with a lime wheel, alongside grilled prawns, fish tacos, fresh fruit salsa, soft cheese or lightly spiced vegetable dishes.
