Tequila López Blanco

Cooked agave leads the nose, joined by fresh herbs and bright citrus. The palate is clean and direct, with agave honey adding a gentle roundness before white pepper and mineral notes restore a drier, more structured line. Made from blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, the spirit carries the freshness and clarity expected of an unaged tequila without losing depth. The finish is crisp, lightly peppery and mineral. Serve neat, in a Margarita or in a tall Paloma.

About El Sabino
El Sabino distillery makes Tequila López in Jesús María, in the highlands of Jalisco. The López family has worked in tequila for four generations, drawing on mature blue Weber agave from the distillery’s Las Presas ranch. The ranch has a history of cultivation reaching back to the eighteenth century.
Production uses two lines: one with masonry ovens, a stone tahona for crushing, wooden fermentation vats and copper stills; the other with stainless-steel equipment.
