The palate is clean and direct, with agave honey adding a gentle roundness before white pepper and mineral notes restore a drier, more structured line. Made from blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, the spirit carries the freshness and clarity expected of an unaged tequila without losing depth. The finish is crisp, lightly peppery and mineral. Serve neat, in a Margarita or in a tall Paloma.
