White blossom and lemon zest lead, with fresh chalk and a light hazelnut note adding depth. The palate is taut and precise, its fine, persistent bubbles balanced by a gently silky texture. Mineral and distinctly saline through the long finish, it pairs naturally with gravlax, cheese gougères, morel mushrooms or delicate roast poultry.

About Champagne Pascal Agrapart
Champagne Pascal Agrapart is an Avize grower-producer with holdings concentrated in the Chardonnay-planted grand cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. Vineyards are ploughed and nourished with local compost. Estate bottling proceeds without fining or filtration, followed by hand riddling. Vénus comes from one Avize parcel worked without heavy machinery and is bottled as a vintage Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs.
