Radiantly aromatic and softly textured, this triple dry-hopped ale combines Citra and Mosaic Cryo with Riwaka hop concentrate. Lime, melon and stone fruit lead into ripe citrus, orange and tropical zest, all carried by a pillowy mouthfeel and clean acidity. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, fried chicken, coconut curry or fresh goat cheese; its vivid hop character is expressive without losing balance.
