Floral and ripe-fruit aromas accompany a silky, balanced palate, gentle rice umami and a clean, lingering finish. Iwai rice forms the base of this junmai sake. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized and undiluted nama genshu release. The sake’s flavour changes with serving temperature. The brewery is based in Kyoto, Japan, where the sake is produced.
