Crisp and bright, with yuzu bringing floral citrus, mandarin and grapefruit-zest aromatics to a clean pilsner base. A subtle touch of sea salt sharpens the fruit and gives the finish a smooth, refreshing line without making the palate overtly savoury. Serve well chilled with sushi, tempura, grilled fish or salted edamame; the lively citrus character is particularly good with delicate seafood and fried dishes.
