Fresh strawberry sweetness meets the tang of rhubarb in a light-bodied, medium-sweet fruit wine. The finish is vibrant and refreshing, with enough acidity to keep the berry character lively. Two pounds of fruit are used for each bottle. Serve it chilled on its own, with berry desserts or beside the spice of an Indian curry. Alcohol is twelve percent.
