The Gamay fruit comes from Secrest Vineyard in Oliver and is grown without synthetic or systemic treatments. The wine spends two weeks on skins and six months in neutral barrel, with no significant bottle ageing before release. Alcohol is 11.9 percent, and production totals fifty cases.
