The official account identifies natural ingredients without additives or preservatives, followed by one week in fermentation tanks and two weeks in maturation tanks. About Damm
Alsatian brewers August Kuentzmann Damm and Joseph Damm founded their Barcelona brewery in 1876. Estrella Damm became its flagship lager. In 2008, Damm’s brewers worked with Ferran Adrià and the elBulli sommelier team to create Inedit, a beer designed for the dining table. It combines barley-malt and wheat beer with coriander, liquorice and orange peel.
