Plum, blackberry and black cherry lead this expressive Malbec, with violet, dried herbs, mint and gentle spice adding detail. The palate is balanced and structured, with smooth tannins carrying the ripe fruit into a persistent finish. Its generous fruit and savoury accents suit burgers, empanadas, barbecue chicken or other grilled dishes. Serve at cool room temperature.

About Doña Paula
Established in Mendoza in 1997, Doña Paula makes its wines entirely from grapes grown in its own vineyards. Its 703 hectares of holdings span El Alto in Ugarteche, Alluvia in Gualtallary and Los Indios in El Cepillo. These sites sit at roughly 1,050 to 1,350 metres, with differing alluvial soils.
Malbec is central to the range, with varieties and parcels selected for their growing conditions. Vineyard work includes careful water management, cover crops and measures to encourage biodiversity.
