Floral notes, green apple and a delicate sweetness lead the aroma, followed by sweet malt and a measured hop character. Dry hopping adds definition without obscuring the grain, and the palate finishes fresh, full and pleasantly bitter. Serve cool with roast chicken, mussels, washed-rind cheese, pâté or herb-led vegetable dishes.
