Cherry and spice aromas include vanilla. This dry red is smooth on the palate, with flavours of cherry, plum and sweet spice. The current house blend uses British Columbia grapes sourced from the Okanagan and Similkameen valleys, with Merlot, Chancellor and Gamay Noir forming the largest portions. Vegan-friendly production, thirteen percent alcohol and zero grams per litre of residual sugar are also specified.
