Copper-toned and malt-led, with toasted grain, fresh bread and a gentle touch of caramel. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, balancing rounded malt sweetness with restrained hop bitterness and a clean lager finish. Its composed, easy-drinking character suits roast pork, grilled sausages, pretzels or a well-stocked charcuterie board.

About Barnside Brewing Co.
Barnside Brewing is an on-farm brewery in Ladner, created by four neighbouring, multigenerational farm families and opened in 2020. The families’ farms supply hops, barley, cranberries and other produce for the beers. In 2023, at least 51% of the ingredients in each recipe came from the families’ farms; selected one-mile beers also used a house yeast isolated from a Chinook hop cone. Reclaimed barn timber is used in the taproom.
