Caramel, vanilla and honey lead the palate, followed by ripe peach, warm spice and a darker thread of chocolate and toasted oak. High-altitude maturation brings concentration while Rocky Mountain spring water keeps the texture smooth and composed. The finish is long and warming, with pepper, oak and caramel lingering behind the fruit. Enjoy neat or with a measured splash of water.
