A dry-hopped Belgian-style pale ale with a deliberately changing hop bill, this combines expressive fermentation with a lively aromatic lift. Fruity yeast and gentle spice form the base, while fruit-led and herbal hop notes add freshness and definition. The palate remains poised between Belgian character and modern hop energy, finishing bright and lightly bitter. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, pork schnitzel, washed-rind cheese or herb-led sausages.

About Dageraad Brewing
Ben Coli opened Dageraad Brewing in Burnaby in 2014, after brewing school and two trips to study Belgium’s beer culture. He named the brewery after Antwerp’s Dageraadplaats, a neighbourhood square; Dageraad means daybreak or sunrise in Flemish. Belgian traditions shape a range that also includes contemporary lagers, IPAs and saisons. Its Entropy Series includes mixed-culture beers aged in oak, with maturation times that vary from beer to beer.
