Wormwood gives the palate a clear, confident bitterness, balanced by grapefruit zest, bitter orange and the earthy tang of rhubarb root. Grand fir brings a distinctly green, pine-like aromatic lift, while juniper and supporting botanicals add dry spice and depth. The texture is composed rather than heavy, moving from bright citrus into a long herbal finish. Serve neat or over ice, lengthen with tonic or grapefruit soda, or use in a spritz where its citrus and woodland notes can stay vivid.

About The Woods Spirit Co.
The Woods Spirit Co. began in North Vancouver in 2016 and was acquired by Celia Chiang in 2023. Today it is a family-owned, female-led distillery making gin, citrus liqueurs and amaro. Chiang kept the established gin and amaro range and added Arancello.
Cold vacuum distillation allows the distillery to extract botanical aromas at lower temperatures. It starts with British Columbia grain and works with local farmers and suppliers where practical.
