The Liberty Distillery Endeavour Gin
$47.99
Bright floral notes rise over savoury botanicals and a firm juniper base. Juniper leads the palate, followed by citrus, aromatic herbs and a light peppery note from grains of paradise. Made from British Columbia wheat spirit with ten traditional botanicals, it is slowly redistilled in a copper pot still. The finish is clean, smooth and persistent, with floral, citrus and peppery notes held together.

Description
Endeavour Gin is a versatile London Dry Style Gin. It begins with 100% Organic BC triple-distilled wheat spirit. An elaborate blend of 10 traditional botanicals (selected for their essential oil content) are slowly infused during re-distillation in a single copper pot still.
