Citrus, pine and a distinctly dank note define this classic-leaning West Coast IPA, with a measured tropical accent adding breadth. Citra and Simcoe are used during fermentation, followed by a second dry hop with Citra, Centennial and Simcoe. The result is layered, aromatic and firmly hop-led, with a focused finish. Serve well chilled with grilled burgers, spicy pizza, barbecue or mature cheddar.
