Bright straw-yellow and clear, this Bavarian lager balances soft bready malt with delicate floral and grassy hop notes. Hints of honey and lemon add quiet detail without changing its clean, traditional shape. The palate is smooth and gently rounded, finishing crisp, snappy and refreshing. Serve cold with roast chicken, sausages, schnitzel, pretzels or mild cheeses, where the restrained malt and hop balance can remain front and centre.
