White flowers, wet stone and green grass are present. The palate is fresh and mineral, with chalk dust, lemon, stone fruit and sourdough. The finish is bright and lingering. Chardonnay comes from parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. The former lie primarily on chalky lower slopes, while the latter have richer soil. The cuvée brings the estate’s parcels together.
