Caramel and toasted grain lead the nose, followed by dark berry, vanilla and a measured tobacco note. The palate is full and warming, with sweet corn and caramel balanced by cinnamon, pepper and seasoned oak. A rye-led edge gives the bourbon definition without overwhelming its richer fruit and confectionary tones. The finish is long and assertive, carrying baking spice, oak and lingering caramel. Serve neat first, or over a single large cube if a softer presentation is preferred.

About Casey Jones Distillery
Alfred “Casey” Jones built compact, square copper stills in Golden Pond, Kentucky, during the Prohibition era, making them easy to move through the backcountry. Decades later, his grandson Arlon “AJ” Jones built a working replica using Casey’s last legally made still as his guide.
AJ and his wife, Peg Hays, founded Casey Jones Distillery in Hopkinsville in 2014. Starting with legal moonshine and other Kentucky spirits, they released their first bourbon in 2019.
