Juicy and distinctly dank, this hazy IPA is built around five expressive hops: Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, Sabro and Strata. Double dry hopping pushes the aromatic intensity forward, while flaked oats and spelt malt give the palate a smooth, rounded foundation. Richly hop-led but not shapeless, the beer carries depth and freshness into the finish. Serve well chilled with fried chicken, spicy tacos, grilled pork or aged cheddar.
