Medium-bodied and balanced, this American-style pale ale layers citrus and pine over a gently malty base. Pale and Munich malts contribute bread-crust and nutty notes, while Centennial and Cascade hops keep the aromatic profile fresh and clearly defined. The finish remains composed rather than aggressively bitter. Serve cool with burgers, grilled chicken, pizza, sharp cheddar or roasted vegetables.
