Mirabelle plum, nectarine and candied lemon lead with vanilla and a subtle toasted note. Light and delicate, the palate brings peach and pollen through soft, creamy bubbles, savoury depth and dry chalky tension. Fresh, powdery texture stays vibrant through the mid-palate, finishing gracefully with smoke, toast and a clear saline lift.

About Louis Roederer
The Reims house that became Louis Roederer was founded in 1776 and took its current name when Louis Roederer inherited it in 1833. He expanded its vineyard holdings and developed an approach in which grapes from individual parcels are made into wine separately before blending.
Cristal was created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II, followed by Cristal Rosé in 1974. More recent work includes the Brut Nature Champagnes made in collaboration with designer Philippe Starck.
