Vanilla spice and seasoned oak open the nose, followed by caramel, raisins and a savoury barbecue note. Pepper and clove give the palate a warm, structured edge, while toffee and chocolate soften the finish. Matured in alligator-charred virgin American oak and bourbon barrels, the whisky combines sweet wood, dark fruit and measured spice without losing its coastal clarity. Serve neat and give it a few minutes to open, or add a small splash of water to draw out the caramel and cocoa tones.
