Shelter Point Ripple Rock Single Malt Whisky

Vanilla and seasoned oak lead the aroma, followed by caramel, raisin and a restrained savoury smoke. The palate is broad and warmly spiced, with pepper and clove bringing structure around sweet malt and toasted wood. Toffee and dark chocolate soften the edges without obscuring the whisky’s coastal character. The finish is measured and persistent, carrying cocoa, oak and a gentle saline lift.
