Fresh aromas of ripe pear and sweet rice lead into a dry, gently creamy palate. Green melon brings a soft fruit note, while mild acidity gives the texture lift and preserves the sake’s youthful, clean character. The finish is mellow, balanced and lightly crisp. Serve well chilled with seafood, noodle bowls, hearty salads, clear broths or simply seasoned grilled fish.
