Slackwater Brewing Nautical Nonsense Pineapple Sour with Pink Sea Salt

Pineapple gives the palate a bright tropical core, held in a distinctly tart frame. Pink sea salt adds a savoury edge and reinforces the gose-like character without making the beer heavy. The finish stays brisk, salty and refreshing, with fruit and acidity moving together. Serve cold with fish tacos, ceviche, grilled prawns, fresh goat cheese or chilli-lime corn.
